Proposals are not automatic contracts
Submitting a contact form, booking request, SaaS Builder request or project brief does not create a contract. A project begins only after scope, price, timing and terms are confirmed in writing.
Confidentiality notice
Project briefs and uploaded materials are also covered by our Confidentiality & Idea Protection notice at /confidentiality. That notice is a practical confidentiality commitment, not a replacement for a separate company NDA.
Rush websites
1-day rush websites are available only for selected projects. Delivery depends on client readiness, clear requirements, available content, branding assets and timely approval.
SaaS, CRM and white-label builds
White-label, SaaS, CRM, automation and custom software projects require an agreed scope. Features, integrations, ownership, support and launch responsibilities are confirmed before work begins.
No guarantees before written agreement
Timelines, outcomes, performance claims and deliverables are not guaranteed until they are included in a written agreement or approved proposal.
